Dr Elouise Leonard-Cross is an Occupational Psychologist, Co-Chair of CIPD North East of England and Head of People Strategy & Experience for Northumbrian Water Limited. A ‘curious collaborator’, Elouise thrives on asking and exploring the questions to help organisations be happy and healthy places to work, creating solutions to enable high performance. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she is passionate about the role that People Professionals play in making organisations human and creating the conditions for innovation and growth.
Stephanie Wood leads Internal Communications for Northumbrian Water Limited. With a degree in Culture she creates powerful and meaningful connections to strengthen the relationship between company and colleagues.
Having worked across sectors Stephanie blends expertise gained working in Corporate Communications, Brand and Marketing to help companies leverage the potential of their people through tailored, effective communication. At a time when the lines have been blurred for many between work and home life, Stephanie is leading an innovative and inclusive transformation workstream to create digital accessibility, enhanced productivity and collaboration.
