Unlock your organisation's potential with a funded Degree Apprenticeship from Northumbria University

Northumbria University’s funded Degree and Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship programmes provide the key to unlocking the potential of an organisation and its workforce; and the good news is there is still time to apply for programmes starting this month.

Northumbria University’s suite of leadership programmes are designed to support organisations and their employees to navigate through these difficult times, harnessing innovation capacity and instilling and embedding new leadership skills, knowledge, and behaviours.

From critical thinking, problem solving and personal resilience to managing and leading complex teams, Northumbria University Degree Apprenticeship programmes equip an organisation’s workforce with the confidence to rise to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Our Degree Apprenticeships, fully funded by an organisation’s apprenticeship levy or to the tune of 95% for smaller organisations, offer evidence-based, nationally recognised qualifications, providing highly structured pathways to both Managers and Senior Leaders at each career stage.

Our portfolio of Degree Apprenticeship programmes which we are welcoming new cohorts for a January start are: • Chartered Manager Business Leadership and Management BA (Hons)Senior Leader MBASenior Leader Strategic Leadership in Public Services MSc Designed by expert academics, with significant industry experience, our apprenticeships have been developed in collaboration with employers, and professional representative bodies including the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

The Chartered Manager programme is ideal for new, aspiring and recently appointed team leaders and managers who have been identified through an internal development appraisal as a future leader. Whilst many organisations utilise the programme to access and support new talent others have embedded the programme into their people development strategies.

Our Senior Leader programmes offer those in substantive senior roles, who lead teams, organisations or projects, an opportunity to professionalise their experience and gain a postgraduate qualification.

Candidates have until close of play Friday 22 to apply. To find out more about the programmes and how Degree Apprenticeships can work for you and your organisation, contact us or send us a message by email.
